Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Vice President of Operations to join our dynamic team. The Vice
President of Operations is a key executive position responsible for the strategic planning,
management, and execution of operational processes to achieve organizational goals and
objectives. This role plays a crucial part in driving business growth, cost-effectiveness, client
satisfaction and company culture.


Your duties will include:
• Leading departments and operations of the company.
• Work closely with Human Resources to implement and refine company policies and
procedures.
• Guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of management and executive team
members.
• Creating and implementing strategic goals and plans.
• Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations.
• Provide regular performance updates to the senior leadership team.
• Leveraging company output to improve ranking in the competitive field.
• Tackling unforeseen issues and troubleshooting.
• Monitoring the competitive landscape and attending industry events to stay abreast of
new initiatives and ways to stay ahead.
• Identifying, training, and developing leaders within the company and setting them on a
path for management.
• Managing managers to ensure deliverables are produced in a timely and cost-effective
manner.
• Ensuring deliverables are made according to needs, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manages budget and controls expenses.
• Hiring, training, developing, and appraising staff effectively; taking corrective action as
necessary on a timely basis and in accordance with company policies.
• Keeping up to date on information and technology affecting functional area(s) to increase
innovation and ensure compliance.
• Refining the quality and delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Performing other work-related duties as assigned.


Education/Experience/Skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related major, or equivalent combination
of education and experience.
• 10 or more years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of industry, human resources laws and regulations, and employee relations
skills.
• Must be PC proficient and can present functional specifications to the IT department.
• Ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner and to be
conscientious about assignments.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with superiors, colleagues, and
individuals inside and outside the Company.
• Ability to exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain
constructive working relationships.
