Summary:
The Systems Engineer is a key member of Greenlink HCM's Operations division. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, develops, and nurtures client relationships, and coordinates with internal teams to deliver services and meet client expectations. The Systems Engineer will provide support to a team of account representatives, driving performance and ensuring that all client needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Your duties will include:
Client Training, Onboarding, and Implementation:
- Client Training and Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new clients, covering payroll software features, compliance guidelines, and operational workflows.
- Curriculum Development for Client Training: Design and update training materials, including user manuals, interactive modules, and utilize digital tools to make training sessions interactive, incorporating elements such as quizzes, real-time demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
- Ongoing Client Support and Skill Enhancement: Provide continuous learning opportunities to clients, addressing updates in payroll regulations, software upgrades, and best This may involve monthly workshops, Q&A sessions, or refresher courses.
- Client Implementation: Work closely with clients during the onboarding process to gather requirements, assess needs, and define implementation plans.
System Management and Expertise:
- Own the deployment of all system level updates according to isolved releases in a timely fashion.
- Act as the primary contact for system escalations and provide support to the team towards resolution.
- Complete internal system trainings on an as needed basis.
Client Support and Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose client-reported problems, coordinating with relevant teams to provide solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business goals and challenges and proactively identify opportunities for improving client satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any concerns or additional needs.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with, Implementation, tax, and treasury teams to ensure a coordinated and customer- centric approach.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to contribute to product development and service improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide proactive support and recommendations.
- Participate in the development and improvement of internal processes related to client onboarding and support.
Skills and Experience:
- Four-year degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Functional payroll implementation experience (min3years).
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM).
- Proven experience in service and implementation support.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications in client service or project management are a plus.
