We are hiring a Client Service Supervisor.

Summary:
The Client Service Supervisor is accountable and responsible for providing quality service to our clients. This position contacts and assists clients in obtaining information for payroll processing and tax related issues; verifies totals, responds to/resolves client questions, escalated problems and delivers quality customer service. You will also have a team of direct reports within the Service team.
Your duties will include:
- Manage a small service team
- Assist team in day-to-day operations
- Oversee Salesforce Service Queue
- Handle all direct deposit returns daily
- Handle OBC Reconciliation w/ Treasury (monthly)
- Handle Client Escalations
- Responds to escalated payroll, benefit or other ancillary functions from Service Team
- Provides training and guidance to Service Team
- Assist with quarterly taxes (reporting)
- Make sure payroll deadlines are being met by service team
- Manage Client File Transmissions (WOTC, Walton, GL, PK, Cave)
- Assists clients with the proper functioning and processing of payroll related things such as general ledger, time, garnishments, accrued time off policies, insurance, workers compensation and 401(k) deductions. Also assists clients with time clocks and reviews the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy; alerts the client to any discrepancies prior to processing
- Makes client user changes as authorized by the client, i.e. new employee system access, reports on demand, changing bank account information, etc.
- Assist in escalated tax issues with service / ta
- Responds to escalated payroll, benefit or other ancillary functions from Customer Service Representatives
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned by your manager

- Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc)

- iSolved Payroll Platform
- RingCentral
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in a customer service center
- Strong customer service skills, with a pro-active approach
- Knowledge of general payroll principles, including payroll processing
- iSolved experience a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player – able to jump in where needed
- Open to change, and adherence to established processes
- Prefer a candidate in the Phoenix/Gilbert/Mesa area
- Hybrid work offered after completion of training, required to be in the office during the first 90 days of training
