Implementation Coordinator

Position Summary :The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of quality service for our clients by introducing them to the iSolved platform, assessing their current Human Capital Management system and navigating them through the transition process whether it be new or existing clients.  This includes regular contact through telephone, email and webinars to gather information needed for a successful implementation or migration. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Contact clients daily to manage the implementation and migration processes
• Interview new and migrating clients to assess their needs and plan for any changes the client desires
• Develop and accurately adhere to each client's program plan and meet tight deadlines
• Upload and import data, verify payroll and other data balances
• Build various modules within the iSolved system including payroll, benefits, new employee onboarding and general human resources, ensuring the set up meets the client's specifications and needs
• Test and analyze set up before presenting to client
• Schedule and provide training to new clients via webinar and telephone calls,  all while delivering quality customer service
• Respond to and resolve client questions and problems
• Successfully hand off clients in implementation or migration to customer service representative
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
