HRO Manager
Position Summary: The HRO Manager is responsible for developing and managing the HRO division of
the company. Ensures strategic oversight and execution of all HRO projects both internally and externally. This position will implement processes and procedures to effectively meet the HR needs of all
Greenlink HRO clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the
following:
• Defining, revising, and implementing operational policies and guidelines for the HRO Division
• Oversees the HRO operational goals, HR related legislative changes, division employees and
contractors
• Review and audit client HRO clients' Employee Handbook to ensure compliance with governing
laws
• Ensure HRO clients' have current workplace posters and are compliant with state and federal
regulations
• Provide client guidance on employee relations, business culture training and policies
• Works closely with Operations in development of process, staff engagement, talent acquisition,
and business alignment.
• Works with Director of Operations and Management to share resources, address client or
employee related issues, and ensures quality over the HRO division
• Responds to client questions and issues escalated by the HRO Specialist and works to complete
resolution.
• Keeps President/Managing Partner apprised of client situations and issues.
• Serves as liaison to agencies, vendors and other third parties as appropriate.
• Recommends new processes and procedures to the President/Managing Partner and ensures
implementation of approved changes.
• Reviews operational performance based on metrics provided from service tickets and other
reports and provides appropriate training to meet established goals.
• Documents current best practices and reviews on a regular basis and proposes changes.
• Sets and achieves quarterly and annual goals.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
• Participates in or conducts training sessions for other staff

Education and Experience:
Required:
• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field
• PHR Certification Required
• SHRM Certification Preferred
• 5+ years of direct management
• 3-5 years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service
interface or systems integration environment
• 2 plus years experience in an HRIS
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field
