HCM Sales Representative

Position Summary : The HCM Sales Representative is accountable and responsible for selling the product and services of the company including payroll and human resources to current and new clients. The job requires high energy in a fast-paced environment, scheduling appointments with payroll and executive-level decision makers, conduct live demonstrations of our innovative online payroll software, prepare pricing proposals, and close business to meet sales goals.

Essentials Duties include, but not limited to:

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
• Maintains active details reports of sales activity.

Requirements:

• 2+ years successful track record in Business-to-Business sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Payroll sales experience is a plus
• Detail and follow up oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Projecting a positive image in representing the Company to clients and the community
• Exemplary communication and technical presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior listening skills
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites or related software
