HCM / Payroll Implementation Specialist

Greenlink Payroll is hiring an HCM/Payroll Implementation Specialist. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with our new clients implementing and training them on the iSolved Human Capital Management platform. You combine your analytic and project management skills along with your ability to simplify complex information -- you help clients develop the skills and confidence to use our integrated solutions with ease.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive integrated solution and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs.
  • Upload and import data, verify payroll and other data balances, run various reports and analyze data to ensure successful data transfer
  • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes while applying industry and product knowledge to optimize system configuration
  • Assist in building various modules within the iSolved system including payroll, benefits, new employee onboarding, time and scheduling and general human resources, ensuring the set up meets the client's specifications and needs
  • Test and analyze set up before presenting to the client for final review and prior to going live with the new HCM system
  • Schedule and provide training to new clients via webinar and telephone calls, all while delivering quality customer service
  • Respond and resolve client questions and issues timely
  • Complete the project plan and stay on task with tight milestones and deadlines
  • Successfully transition the client to the service team upon completion of the project
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications Required:

  • 2+ years of direct payroll experience
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment
  • Basic project management skills
  • High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
  • Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
  • Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
