Director of Project Management and HR Services

Position Summary :The Director of Project Management and HR Services is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of New Client Implementation, Current Client Migration and HR Services for all Greenlink clients.  This position ensures accurate and timely implementation of new clients, migration of existing clients and delivery of HR ancillary services such as benefits, onboarding and ESS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Establishes monthly, quarterly and annual operational goals, programs and processes, based on established baseline metrics.  Recommends changes based on organizational growth, skill level of incumbents and needs of the organization.
• Provides oversight and guidance in establishing best practices and processes in onboarding new clients, migrating existing clients and ensuring high quality HR consulting services while meeting all client needs.
• Documents current best practices and reviews on a regular basis and proposes changes.
• Schedules and coordinates implementation and migration onboarding and other client training as required.
• Oversees Implementation Specialists and ensures all projects are scheduled and completed on time and within budget.
• Works with marketing department to provide appropriate communication, information and training on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.  This is not limited to email, GoToMeetings, recorded webinars or in person training.
• Serves as a liaison or point of contact with clients, vendors and other outside contacts.
• Sets and achieves quarterly and annual goals.
• Works with Director of  Operations to share resources, address client or employee issues,  and ensure quality work throughout the organization.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
