Director of Operations

Position Summary: The Director of Operations is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of payroll processing, customer service, and tax services for all Greenlink clients. This position ensures accurate payroll processing and delivery of client payrolls, timely and quality customer service and compliant tax reporting and depositing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Ensures all payrolls are completed accurately and according to schedule.
• Ensures the establishment and maintenance of processing schedules, billing and other internal operations.
• Responds to client questions and issues escalated by the Lead Customer Service Representative and works to complete resolution.
• Keeps President/Managing Partner apprised of client situations and issues.
• Serves as liaison to agencies, vendors and other third parties as appropriate.
• Ensures all office operations have the required resources (supplies, materials, equipment) to complete required tasks.
• Recommends new processes and procedures to the President/Managing Partner and ensures implementation of approved changes.
• Reviews operational performance based on metrics provided from service tickets and other reports and provides appropriate training to meet established goals.
• Documents current best practices and reviews on a regular basis and proposes changes.
• Sets and achieves quarterly and annual goals.
• Works with Director of Project Management and HR Services to share resources, address client or employee issues, and ensure quality work throughout the organization.
• Performs other duties and special projects as assigned
