Summary
We are currently searching for an experienced Client Success Manager who can onboard new
client's, anticipate, evaluate, and analyze client needs, be an advocate for the client, promote
customer loyalty, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and increase client success.
The Client Success Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between sales and client
support and sustaining business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Your duties will include:
• Bridging the gap between sales and client support
• Establish clear client retention goals
• New client onboarding in liaison with sales, implementation and the HRO team
• Be an advocate for the client
• Build and strengthen the relationship with the client
• Assist and train client's with navigating iSolved modules
• Anticipate and evaluate client needs
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
• Promote client loyalty
• Promote client success
• Represent the company's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as
well as consumer research
• Review client complaints and concerns and seek to improve the client experience
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external senior-level management to
understand client needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
• Maintain existing client success metrics and data as directed
• Report to Director of Operations with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
• Provide overall support to the Service team ensuring the meet the required KPIs for
case management, quality and accuracy
• Provide training, coaching and guidance to the service team members
• Other duties:
• Provide assistance to the tax department as needed
• Provide assistance to the treasury department as needed

Education/Experience:
• High school Diploma
• 3+ years in a client-facing role
• 2+ years iSolved experience
• 3+ years knowledge of customer processes
• Salesforce CRM experience
