Position Summary: The Benefit Implementation Specialist works with our new clients implementing and training them on the benefit module within the iSolved Human Capital Management platform. Must be able to combine analytics and project management skills along with ability to simplify complex information. Help clients develop the skills and confidence to use the integrated solutions with ease.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Build various modules within the iSolved system including, benefits, ACA, COBRA integrations, and carrier file transmissions
- Lead the implementation of Greenlink HCM services. Provide effective utilization, support, guidance, and training to the client
- Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive integrated solution and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs.
- Upload and import data, verify data accuracy, run various reports and analyze data to ensure successful data transfer
- Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes while applying industry and product knowledge to optimize system configuration
- Test and analyze set up before presenting to the client for final review and prior to going live with the new HCM system
- Maintains working knowledge of compliance to ensure clients requirements of operational goals and procedures are meet within the systems capabilities
- Schedule and provide training to new clients via webinar and telephone calls, all while delivering quality customer service
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- Advance knowledge of benefits including ancillary plans and COBRA
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Strong client relationship skills
- Must be able to recognize basic procedural issues as they arise, then escalate appropriately
- Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills
- Excellent analytical skills and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Detail and follow up oriented
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Required
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of direct implementation of payroll, benefits, ACA and COBRA experience
- 3-5 years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service interface or systems integration environment
- 2 + years' experience in a HRIS
- Projecting a positive image in representing the Company to clients and the community
- Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- iSolved HCM experience
